A glazed tile (also known as Spanish tile, S tile, Roman tile, or curved tile) is a decorative roofing tile with a distinctive wave‑like or S‑shaped profile. Unlike simple corrugated sheets, glazed tiles are designed to mimic traditional clay or concrete roof tiles while offering the strength, light weight, and cost‑effectiveness of steel.
Our company's Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine is primarily used to produce products featuring this specific panel profile.
Glazed roof tile roll forming machine is a specialized type of cold roll forming equipment designed to produce metal roofing sheets from materials like galvanized steel, color-coated steel, or aluminum coils. Instead of flat profiles, these machines create a distinctive, multi-dimensional, and curved profile that resembles traditional ceramic or clay tiles.

FAQ
What materials can I use?
Pre‑painted galvanized steel (PPGI) is the most common. Aluminum and Galvalume® also work. Coil width typically 1100–1250mm, thickness 0.3–0.8mm.
Do I need a separate glazing line?
No. Most customers use pre‑painted (PPGI) coils that already have the glossy finish. The roll forming machine only shapes the tile. A separate glazing line is optional for post‑coating.
What power supply is required?
We customize to your local voltage – tell us your requirement (380V/50Hz, 220V/60Hz, 480V/60Hz, etc.).
