Our IBR Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine is designed to manufacture high-quality IBR profiles from galvanized steel, PPGI, and other coil materials.IBR stands for Inverted Box Rib, a square-fluted roofing and cladding profile with an effective coverage width of 686mm. Originally introduced in South Africa in 1958, IBR has become one of the most widely used metal roofing profiles in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, and other African countries. It is commonly applied for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, and residential roofing and wall cladding systems.

How the IBR Roll Forming Line Works
Decoiler → Leveling & Feeding → Roll Forming → PLC Length Setting → Hydraulic Cutting → Output Table → (Optional Stacker)
The whole process is fully automatic. One operator can set length and quantity on the touch screen, and the machine cuts automatically at the exact length. Speed up to 30m/min.
